I was referred to David at Edge Finance and the day I put my offer in on what would soon be my home, I called him. I told him I needed a 21 day close per seller request and he said “we can do that”. It was a great experience. He was able to grant my request and meet my expectations with rate, fees, timeline and most importantly, service. He worked on my behalf with the underwriter and was on top of every document and request made. We closed on time, keys in hand! I recently had the pleasure of working with David Park from Edge Home Finance and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

Exceptional Service
From the very beginning, David provided exceptional customer service. He took the time to understand my financial situation and explained the mortgage process in a clear and accessible way. I never felt rushed during our conversations.
He was tasked with varying communicating between my wife and I, since I work overnights, in a different state and am not awake during normal business hours. My schedule can make it difficult to get the communication ball rolling. However, David took on the task and shined.

Knowledge and Expertise
His knowledge of the mortgage market was impressive. David offered me several options tailored to my needs and helped me understand the pros and cons of each one. His expertise made me feel confident in my decisions.

Communication
David  maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process. I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly. This level of communication alleviated much of the stress often associated with securing a mortgage. He made several calls on my behalf in order to secure the proper documentation needed for my loan application.

Closing Experience
